Vela has a powerful vacuum pump that is essential for eliminating air bubbles present in the chamber at the start of each sterilisation cycle, and at the end of the cycle it guarantees perfect drying of sterilised instruments. The use of a PID control system guarantees constant pressure, temperature and time monitoring. Thanks to the fully automatic process monitoring and management system, Vela is able to perform cycles even in the absence of an operator. Vela has been designed according to criteria that guarantee absolute safety and reliability and in particular it boasts a stainless steel sterilisation chamber that is evenly heated by a band element, a two-part tank for pure and used water and an automatic water loading system. Vela is able to perform some 5 sterilisation cycles: 134° C - 121° C for loose and bagged instruments plus a flash cycle for rapid sterilisation.  Vela has a built-in printer, with is essential for certifying that the sterilisation cycle is performed in line with applicable protocols. Ideal for sterilising class S loads.
